Does Price Include Delivery?

It does not! Delivery fee depends on the county of your event. Delivery ranges from $25-$100 depending on your area.

Do I have to set it up myself?

No! When reserving your bounce house, you will choose your desired set up and pickup time for your event. Your rental price includes 12 hours of fun. A late night fee of $50 occurs for pickups set after 9 PM.

Do you offer a pickup option?

For safety purposes, we do not offer pickup of our bounce houses at this time. We want our trained employees to do the set up and take down to ensure safe play! Our kids tables & chairs are pick-up only.

How long does set-up take?

Usually around 20 minutes for set up and 30 minutes for take down.


Is Boujee Bounce Utah Insured?

Yes! We are fully licensed and insured.


Are your Bounce Houses clean?

Yes! We clean and sanitize after every single use, so your bounce house should arrive to you good as new!

What if the weather is bad?

If it is rainy or too windy to bounce, we absolutely allow you to reschedule your rental for a future date! We will be in communication with you and if you decide you still want the bounce house delivered and see if the weather clears up, that counts as your rental. You will not be able to reschedule for free should you choose to still have us deliver.

Where can you set up?

We can set up on grass, asphalt, carpet, hard wood, tile and concrete. We are fully licensed & insured so we can set up at parks. However, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to make sure the park has electricity. If it does not, you will need to bring a generator.

What size are your bounce houses?

All of our bounce houses are 13X13X10

Can balloon garlands be attached?

YES!! We have carefully placed hidden hooks on these bounce houses so that you can easily attach balloon garlands if you choose, but the hooks do not show if you choose not to attach decorate them. Balloon hooks can be found on the upper, inner panel across the top, and on both front, exterior side seams. Absolutely no tape allowed on our bounce houses.

Any rules?

Yes! No silly string, shoes, face paint, animals or tape allowed. If you damage our bounce houses because you did not follow the rules, you will be responsible for repairs and/or replacing the affected bounce house. Bounce houses cannot be inflated/ used in winds exceeding 15 MPH NO EXCEPTIONS. Bounce house must remain inflated while in use, do not unplug or turn off blower. HAVE FUN!!

Cancellation Policy


Non-Weather Related Cancellation

In the event customer postpones or cancels event due to non-weather related conditions, Boujee Bounce Utah will make every effort to reschedule rental of same units on an alternate date.

Cancellation anytime up to 48 hours before a scheduled rental will result in a full refund be issued back to the customer. Cancellation after the 48 hour mark will result in a credit issued for a later date, and no refund.


Severe Weather Cancellation

High winds, precipitation and thunderstorms pose hazards for the safe operation of our bounce houses. We cannot set up if it is thundering, raining or if winds exceed 25 mph. Boujee Bounce Utah reserves the right to cancel the rental due to inclement weather. Customers also have the right of severe weather cancellation up to the day of the rental for a full refund or the option to reschedule. Upon installation of units, however, units shall be considered rented and subsequently non-refundable.

This policy is limited to justifiable weather cancellations only and does not apply to any other reason for customer cancellation
